Personal Statement

I’m Dina Haddad, Divorce Mediator and Founder & CEO of Families First Mediation, P.C. in San Jose, California. My mission is simple: to help couples and families navigate separation with dignity, clarity, and peace of mind.

With years of experience in family law and mediation, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that traditional litigation can take—financially, emotionally, and relationally. That’s why I built Families First Mediation on the belief that there’s a better way. Mediation empowers couples to stay in control of their decisions, reduce conflict, and focus on solutions that truly work for their family’s future.

At FFM, I provide personalized guidance, clear legal understanding, and a calm environment where tough conversations can turn into constructive agreements. My role is not just to mediate but to support families in making informed, lasting choices—whether it’s about parenting, property, or financial arrangements.
