Personal Statement: As Estimators:
We help private clients work out an accurate construction budget for their project even from sketches or planning drawings and we can assist further by helping them negotiate on their behalf with a construction company to do the work.
For subcontractors and builders- We can take off, create the bill of quantities or the schedule of works and then price it using bespoke rates to match their real costs.
For Developers and Main contractors-We can take off, create the bill of quantities, split the BOQ into trade packages and send these to subcontractors to get their real costs. Once we get the quotations back we will do the tender analysis, update the BOQ with the rates received and then we will put forward the completed Bill of Quantities along with the proposed subcontractor's list to do the work.
