Registration Error

I tried to register and pay but my cart is always at $0. I'd like to pay a different amount. Any ideas?

It behaves the same as before. I can't register for free or by changing the amount. Can you just add an option for $35?

I had to not click the link that said "click here to pre-reg," but to just click on the link that said "Buy Now," with the PayPal logo. It took me to a PayPal checkout screen, where I could enter the amount I wished to pay. The "Click to pre-reg" button took me to a broken PayPal page.
